Mostly pinkish-red but the margins and occasional stripes are greyish-brown. |

Generally darker than the upper surface and with a red-brown midrib. |
||

The older leaves fade to yellowish-brown and there is a tendency for this plant to revert to plain greyish-brown leaves. |

| This is a low spreading plant with leaves 80 X 3-4 cm, central colour is salmon pink new growth fading to pale yellow, a narrow bronze-green band runs down the margin. | ||
